Lazy Daze

Slept in until 10 today which was beautiful and the builders didn't wake me up.  The weather was wonderful and I really wanted to bike down to Frederiksberg Have, which is a massive park which inhabits Copenhagen Zoo amongst other attractions, and read a book all day.  But.... I had some pressing issues to attend to so I strolled down to the shopping mall in Frederiksberg and struggled my way to buying a phone and sim card - it may sound easy but everything is doubly hard when you have to ask for help in English every step of the way.  Still, I managed to sort it out and I now have a Danish number.  I also tried to register as a Danish resident this afternoon but the office was sooooo full.  There must have been over 100 people there so I have decided to go first thing tomorrow morning.  Got home for a cup of tea and massively helpful chat with my landlady.  My mother arrives tomorrow and I have lots of plans for the weekend.  Life is looking good.

  1. Is that the sunflower you planted when we were at Woodbridge Hill, or did that one die?
